The MARCH program will complete basic needs assessments to determine how they can help. Read More Interpreting Services Franklin County Municipal Court provides interpreting services for parties and witnesses appearing in Municipal Court in 45 languages and American Sign Language. Interpreters are available for all criminal and civil hearings, trials, motions, and court functions, at no cost.
